Summary of the conference:

This year leadership conference will be a hybrid conference, offering opportunities to attend either in person or online. The objective of this conference is to inspire and motivate discouraged healthcare providers in Nigeria - most of whom are (about) leaving the country for better living conditions. The conference will also spur among healthcare stakeholders and government officials. We will be hosting a two days event at the African Leadership Development Centre (Covenant University) on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th March 2022. Leadership knowledge and application, expertise and collaboration are essentials for being an effective healthcare professional.
